Samantha's first book, Soft Fruit, is currently being prepared for publication in 2008.

Samantha also teaches writing, as well as voice and drama, both privately and through the Star Gate Program, a model teaching program by the White House and Department of Education.  Over the last two years Samantha has designed courses on Creative Writing, Shakespeare, and has mounted adaptations of "Romeo & Juliet," "Twelfth Night," "Annie" and "Fiddler on the Roof."

Samantha also publishes monthly on the popular website Mad as Hell Club.
